Relating to the human behavior, Integrity is the Unimpaired upright state with absolute freedom from pure corruption and being blameless. Integrity in most cases is an inborn conscience that provides dependable inner guidance on what is right or wrong. According to Sherman (2003), to asses and act on ethics and corporate social responsibility on the food and beverage shop where integrity should be upheld, the following steps are considered;
As the executive level manager, I will keep my word and meet the deadlines. It requires that I make a careful approach before concluding and finally making commitments.
Performing the right actions for executive level manager means doing the refusing bribery and being responsible for my actions no matter what happens in the end. Having Self-support; As a manager, I will support my own in order to promote structural integrity.
Again, holistic thinking, as integrity considers the quality of wholeness, it is prudent for a manager to be vibrant in thinking to support his or her practice.” Self-integration is an achievement rather than a quality or disposition such as the strength of will” (“Stanford Encyclopedia of Philosophy,” 2001). Respecting others will also trigger integrity in them, and other people’s mistakes do not reduce our integrity. Personal check means that as a manager, one needs to check him or herself continuously and a firm whom they are.

According to Hiller (2018), the company’s proper definition and understanding of the rules and values governing the nation together with the citizens from this the company benefits integrity from its members.
Due to integrity reasons, I will refuse to provide food for the party which entails doing the right thing, whenever corporation care about employees together with the environment. “If you observe or are aware of any act of misconduct, you are obliged to report it and can do so without fear of reprisal.” (“Code of Integrity,” 2015) The general public will consider them socially responsible leading to more reward in sales and a proper reputation, so the officer will have to look for the alternative source. By putting on integrity as a manager, the Trash dumpster will be built as per the local health codes. “The Resource Recovery Division is responsible for maintaining all City-owned trash and recycling containers located throughout the City for use by the general public” (“Refuse Collection,” 2018); this implies that the general public together with the customers will be safer from health risk issues. The ethics environment conditions will be met by the shop, and the shop’s sole purpose of serving the public in a clean environment improved. Whenever a corporation cares about employees together with the environment, as stated by Hopkins (2016), the general public will consider them socially responsible leading to more reward in sales and a proper reputation. This will tremendously lead to increased sales in comparison with the initial sales. Again, there will be an everlasting customer trust for the shop.
