Time Management
Time management is the process of using one’s time effectively and productively (Mackellar, 2015). RAC (Record, Analyze and Change) method is the most productive practical process that an individual can implement to improve his effective use of time.
First, an individual is required to record various events that take place and the corresponding time they need. Doing this requires one to write down everything that he does during the day. For instance, every minute an individual uses either while dressing, working or in social networking should be documented. This starts from the moment an individual wakes up until he goes to sleep.
The second step involves analyzing the recorded activities. To improve on time management, an individual is expected to go through the schedule and indicate any time spend unproductively. For example, an individual should identify the most significant five-time wasters and analyze the time blown on activities that were not productive; Activities like spending an hour talking to a core worker. It thus becomes a success if an individual analyzes the time wasters at work since workplace stress is minimized by effective time management (LeBeouf, 2013).
Lastly, changing improves the effectiveness of time management. An individual aiming to develop his time management habits is thus, obliged to implement ways to recover the time wasted. For example, change becomes a success when an individual prioritizes the tasks on to do list by limiting the number of functions on the list in order of importance.

Wait! Time Management paper is just an example!

Also, an individual decluttering avoids digging around piles of stuff to find essential items (Mahajan, 2018). Besides, to enhance change suggestion success, scheduling of tasks aids in preventing multi-tasking which delays the performance of activities. (Gafni & Geri, 2010). Every task should be set aside individually and start and stop point set. However, an individual should ultimately evaluate himself to check any improvement on time management after implementing the above steps.
