Communication is a fundamental and an essential part of the leadership functions of any healthcare. It is generally any means that these leaders use to ensure that their plans and visions are understood by their peers as well as those people below them. It is, however, a key challenge for leaders. This is because they are expected to provide the critical information that will either result in satisfactory or inefficient performance in any organization (Dudeck 163). There are various ways that a nurse leader can employ for effective communication. They include the use of; meetings, newsletters, posters, emails, and conference calls. They will be useful in creating a link and even communicating to the various stakeholders. For sharing my vision with the stakeholders, it will be helpful to use written methods. This method will entail a full description of the long-term target and how I intend to get there. Thus, it will the form of a proposal, enlisting the benefits of the desired outreach to all the stakeholders as well as the community. Then, I will hold a conference meeting with them and provide a professional presentation on a one to one basis. This will be important because I will be able to answer any issues that I might have left out in the write-up.
Strategic management is loosely defined as the direction taken by an organization to facilitate the achievement of its vision (Dudeck 164). Thus, to achieve my vision, I will have A plan thoroughly by while considering the available resources both financial and labor.

It will also be prudent for me to monitor the steps and always try to make them as productive as I can. This will help me to be able to keep afloat in the ever-changing environment. Lastly, I will have to employ my decision-making skills which will enable me to make critical decisions in the organization.
