Abstract
The existence of many companies has led to a lot of challenges in the business. The consumers are seen to be left in a dilemma when choosing what to do with their income and therefore making it hard for some companies to grow economically. For instance, many consumers have the desire to spend on experiences and not apparels. In our case study, it is well defined of the clothing industry in the name of Gap Inc. It is an international company that was established in 1969 and has been in existence for more than 46 years. It is a company that is expected to have a stress free retailing chain. Arrigo. (2013). This though is not the case. It has been undergoing a lot of problems and challenges throughout its existence. Some of this problems include heavy discounting, speed to market, pricing, and traffic among a big list of challenges. The small article below is focused on the aspect of trying to come up with a problem statement to solve one of the challenges.

Gap Inc. as our study company is a cloth and accessory making company that is involved in business challenges as all other clothing companies. The main concern challenge as ordered by the question above is the issue of traffic. This issue is a typical characteristic of all companies. The main problem facing this company is the problem of traffic.

Gap Inc. as a big company that has found out on the method that will help it overcome this traffic problem. The company has decided to pursue a new activity to counter-attack the existence of the problem above. The company has decided to introduce bars and restaurants in its retails shops. This solution will give the consumers a good environment to spend on both apparels and experiences. It is the dream of each company in the globe to work under a busy profit making environment.

The problem statement of this company will be a combination of a vision, an issue statement and a method to solve the problem Kushalnagar $ Schumacher (2007).To make Gap Inc. the most successful retailer of clothing an accessory in the globe by eliminating the traffic challenge. The primary challenge facing the company is the fact that there is reduced sales due to traffic. Consumers are finding fun in experiences and not purchasing the company’s products. The company will follow a method of introduction of new experiences on it main stores to give a variety of choices to the consumers.
Conclusion
In conclusion, therefore, it is a real proof that every company faces a lot of challenges, but the most critical part is how the company addresses the same Search word: “what is the best option for a company that is facing traffic as its main problem?”
