Description of the Learning activities Video presentations, PowerPoint presentation, and discussion groups will be used to teach the students how to offer injections. Additionally, regular tests will be fronted to the students to examine their levels of learning and comprehension.

Prerequisite knowledge required
Students are required to have completed the study of body anatomy and structure. Precisely, the learners ought to have exhaustively covered the characteristics and differences of veins and arteries. Also, the learners must demonstrate a complete knowledge and understanding of the central nervous system (CNS) (WHO n.

p).
Objectives The lesson plan will:
Equip the students will practical knowledge to determine where to inject the patient depending on the peculiarity of the patient’s case.
Reduce cases of nerve paralysis due to wrong injections.
Methods and materials used PowerPoint and video presentations will be used in this lesson to communicate the contents of the plan effectively. Also, nursing journal and textbooks will be used as well.
The video and PowerPoint presentations will include the following:
Introduction of the nervous system
The formula used to inject the buttock, head, thigh, and the arm.
How to divide the buttock before the injections?
Why divide the buttock into four quarters?
Ways to engage the students in the video.

A textbook on how to offer Safe Injections will be used
Utilize media and materials The learners will ensure that their desktops and laptops have a functioning Microsoft office to access PowerPoint presentation. Also, the students must ensure that the applications for video have been well installed on their computers. The correct installation ensures that no disruptions are experienced during the presentation, which helps the learners to maximize their learning on how to give an injection (World Health Organization n.p)
Examining the learners’ participation The students will participate by asking questions, seeking clarifications, and commenting on the presentations. Students are also required to take notes from the presentations and compare with the information from the journals.
Evaluate and Revise The reactions from the tutor and the fellow students are considered when revising the final lesson plan. However, this may not be applicable at this time.
