Evidenced Based Practices
The culture and readiness of an organization for the system-wide integration of evidence-based survey explore the various elements that impact evidence-based practices. These practices affect changes in the nurse’s practices and perspectives. To complete the survey, the background methodologies that are used to achieve the results have to be considered. As a result, the background will be focusing on the innovation theory by Rogers (Yano, 2008). This theory discusses the fundamental elements of organizational strategies. The appropriate organizational culture survey tool used was the Google forms which are digital forms used to collect information. The barriers to the results for EBP were also considered. The rationale for the survey scored was based on the scales from one to five depending on how the organization is ready for the outcomes. The score for the communications between the departments was significantly high. This shows the readiness of this department. The score that was extremely low was the trust for the management in the organization. This shows the lack of faith that some employees have on the management.
On the basis of the result, the barriers of the evidence-based practice (EBP) involve characters of the personal nurses, features of the organization and the source of information research. There is the problem of lack of skill by the nurses who were conducting the research. Organizational barriers include limited time in retrieving crucial information.

Limited commitment management of the organization as well as limited technology result leading to limited information (Melnyk, and Fineout-Overholt, 2011). For instance, nurses may lack computer skills as well as its excess. It is good to integrate the findings of the research and come up with knowledge which is research-based (Solomons, and Spross, 2011). This survey was also designed to show the readiness of the company and the confidentiality of the departmental cultures. The survey took a limited time to complete. For an accurate representation of the organization’s readiness, the survey had to make use of the questions that were honestly answered.
