Introduction

The family is the most important scenario in the child’s life. At home, parents are the first agents responsible for giving their children basic priorities such as food, care and education. In addition, they are the mentors that will influence psychologically self – esteem and motivation. 

Its role is fundamental, since the family is the first social environment in which children relate and communicate in their early years. On the other hand, family participation in the family divides duties according to their kind. For this reason, the workforce is fundamental in the activities to be carried out in the various types of areas. For example, formal and informal companies require male adolescent force in sectors of industries, agriculture and livestock, unlike female participation that resort to domestic work. According to National Institute of Statistics and Informatics (2016), 18.3% is dedicated to helping in the family business in the urban area. 

Many teenagers collaborate their workforce in occupations in the business that the family owns, with the aim of avoiding extra costs, such as hiring third parties. According to Peru 21 (2016), activities are higher in rural areas (49.1%), works such as cultivation, livestock or domestic activities. Also, urban areas, 32.9% are dedicated to outpatient trade.

The problem of child labor in Lima has various factors to be solved, which means that a good resolution of the authorities is not determined. Moreover, the improvements of the conditions of families with customs in the sectors with high poverty with demand for child labor. It is also very important that the State must exercise compliance with the rules that protect the minor and implement drastic measures to the responsible authors. 

However, parents must also add and raise awareness of the consequences produced by their minors with their decisions and prioritize in favor of their well -being. Since the primary role of the family is to give education and keep it away from the world work
