Father is Always Right
A father is a male figure who heads the family. A family is the basic functional unit in the society. Therefore, it is suffice to say that a father is always right since he does the best for his family. The father cannot engage in any harmful activity to the detriment of his wife and children. The father has to labor and work so that his family can have something to eat. According to the story, the father is always right since he had only one horse whom they depended upon as a family. The horse became old, and it was time to sell the horse and acquire something else. The wife entrusted his husband with the responsibility of selling the horse and getting something that will make her happy.
The father decided that having the cow was the best idea because of milk and thus they switched the animals with the man. The farmer was good to go home, but then he found a man who had the sheep and decided to trade the cow for the sheep. The father thought that the sheep was the best in his judgment. While on his way, the father found a man who had a goose in his hands and he saw it wise that the goose was beautiful and fat. The father traded the sheep for the goose. When the father came close to the town, he found a fine fat hen, and he thought it was the best thing to take to his wife. The father again traded the hen with apples. The father met the Englishmen who told him that he made the wrong decisions and that his wife will be mad at him. The father argued that his wife was going to hug him and the Englishmen placed a bet for gold.
