The Spanish language is a beneficial tool when making sales in Mexico. It gives way to a massive number of Mexican Spanish speakers to carry out their buying and selling activities in the most convenient ways communication is not a challenge to them (Francois, p1). Although, English is prevalent among the educated and the average class which is the majority is the middle class of Mexicans. Since Spanish is the dominant language, an individual will be able to run the company’s activities with a lot of ease, especially when communicating with business partners, customers among other people in the markets. This language is the tool for communication. Usually, high-quality communication allows stronger relations and lower chances of miscommunication that in turn allows winning market insight and building good relations.
The Huntington Steel and Supply Company will be in a good position of carrying out a successful business in Mexico only if the company’s operators will try to learn how to communicate in Spanish. This will promote the relations between the company and the native Mexicans hence business productivity.
The United States relations with Mexico are healthy and vital; their relationship is broad in that it is official and diplomatic.

The substantial market linking the United States and Mexico is the steel industry. Mexico has got the primary steel producing plants in the world including the Altos Hornos de México and the Hylsa and Imsa companies. However, America takes the lead. Huntington Steel is a big company, so purchasing department will select a manager to delegate the company’s purchasing activities to minimize the risks of creating mistakes such as duplicating purchase orders for steel products.
The extension of commerce has resulted in the formulation of vertical supply relationship, especially along the US-Mexico frontier because this is the most active economic zone with a variety business people from the two states (Francois 10). The stream of central figures produced in the United States and consigned to Mexico and reverse flow of finished merchandises significantly enhanced the greatness of the U.S-Mexico boundary region as a production place. The legal systems of the two states differ, for example, in Méxicothere is the just and fair treatment of traders and equal treatment of nationals and foreigners. However, there are legal regulations companies need to adhere to before entering the markets. Therefore, firms should negotiate with qualified legal counsel before entering into any metallic business agreements (Dunleavy 14).
Conclusively, following the Trump administration, the President Trump has been threatening to withdraw the U.S from the North America Free Trade Agreement. He vowed to make it harder for North American firms to relocate beyond the perimeter so they could produce goods with cheaper labor (Krueger, p1). However, the relation with Mexico continues to be narrow. Specialists of Immigration Management Institute say the robust speech on both fronts may hinder critical activity that was earlier originated on matters such as halting the flow of armament into Mexico because there is continuous violence involving criminal groups has created heightened insecurity in some parts of border areas.
