RE: DISSOLUTION OF INVITATION
Greetings, I hope this email finds you well. We are writing to you as a follow-up email on the previous invitation to participate to assess our new television series. First, many thank for agreeing to participate in this event, your interest is appreciated. We have seen your immense support and excitement, and we value it.
However, we regret to inform you that we had to recall some invitation to our esteemed participants due to human error. A mishap came about in the call for people from the focus group leaving us with an excess number of invitees. This error meant that we are a little above the required figure, and due to some retrains like resources and accommodation, we have been forced to cancel the invitation to some of our guests. We would like to have you all on board, but it’s close to impossible. This circumstance is beyond our control, and we wouldn’t want to tamper with quality of the output. However, we intend to make the next event, which you will be part of, a worthy experience. Please note that this is nothing personal and we consider you to be an essential part of our team. What is more is you will be the first to be selected in our future activities if any similar opportunity arises. Additionally, you will get complimentary cookies; I hope they will do for now.
That said, on behalf of the entire team at Throttle, and myself, receive our sincere apologies. We are truthfully sorry for any inconveniences caused and the unfulfilled expectation.
