Poor College Athletes
Many people argue that many areas need to be addressed in the arena of college athletics. The reason for this is to allow sports to be pushed to the vantage position and create a better avenue for the professional career. Most of the people believe that athletics will give them time to nurture their professional career and make them better in all areas.
One of the problems that are faced by the college athletics is that they lack professionals that are well to make them fit in their athletics arena. Some of the athletes do not believe in their careers of athletics. After most of them have joined the college, they end up abolishing the duty of training (Fuller, Keith and Scott, 27).
One of the best ways to handle this particular issue is to give athletes a chance to train well and even motivate them. The perfect way of doing so is by using a drafted schedule by the coach that will indicate the time they are supposed to report to the training session. The move will enable the athletes to be active in all areas of training and give them confidence that they can also rely entirely on their careers as athletes (Schatz, et al. 23).
The other best scenario of solving this issues is by creating the rules that are supposed to be followed by athletes. This will ensure that most of the athletes in college flow along the line of expectation and train to the perfection. The best set of rule is that for athletes to be enrolled in the draft, they must have been practicing in college for at least one year.

Wait! Poor College Athletes paper is just an example!

The reason for this is to make them well fit the experience of the college. The rules that are set are perfect in the sense that they make athletes have the urge to go to college (Sherman, 10).
The other strategy is by making the coaches have the belief that the rules drafted are very much good and they can create a positive impact on the athletes. This can be achieved by making them be part of the team that is drafting the rules. The step will inspire the young athletes to attend the college and take part in all the activities that are deemed necessary for them to be at the peak of their athletic career. By following all these steps, it will create the best avenue for the college athletes in the future.
