Representation of the future of design in Mexico

Introduction

The essay expresses a global representation close to how design influences the future of societies and generates changes throughout the proposal and introduction of interdisciplinary objects, generating benefits to society, through the application of knowledge, methodologies and concepts of outstanding authors in the aforementioned areas.

A perspective is presented about the current design situation in Mexico, as one of the most recognized designers internationally perceives the situation facing national designers before the international market.

The link that generates the design between the different isolated disciplines to generate object and context proposals where a society develops is expressed.

The political, social, economic and sustainable factors play a very important role in Mexican society. Designers must take into account these main variables to implement objects that meet the needs of the client and benefit the contexts.

Developing

The design is an elementary part of the life of all people, which leads to the fact that the design is involved in the different disciplines, forming transdisciplinary links and connections. That is, through design, methods are generated that connect independent disciplines through bridges or links resulting in objects that represent the associated message in the connection.

Concepts such as cultural integration, strengthen the links generated by design between different disciplines.

Wait! Representation Of The Future Of Design In Mexico paper is just an example!

The design must always focus on the future, since it generates new behavior patterns that society adopts and modifies the behaviors with which they develop.

The design in Mexico is living a social and cultural change, in which it is positively evolving to better assess the work of designers to an international sector or market. Mexico must begin to stop having a production mentality and begin to conceptualize and value more the design process that translates into methodologies, causing cultural changes.

To understand and analyze the future of Mexican design from its cultural and social integration through influences and thoughts from different interdisciplinary areas. It is important to make known points of view validated by expert authors in the branch, since they reinforce the main idea that arises in the essay. Before entering concepts that validate the issue of the essay, basic concepts are presented to understand the main concepts in detail.

Integration forms a very important role in the context of a society or characteristics of a culture, since, integration generates links between a group of people who have activities, way of thinking or customs, to generate approach between people, achieving a balanced coexistence, maintaining the social, political and economic sectors on the same level, promoting the social balance.

‘Integration is identified as the relationship of links and ties of various kinds (economic-social-political) that serves for the union between peoples and nations’ ’. (Garicano, 2000)

The design has a very important role in the cultural life of society, since said term, it has the ability to integrate disciplines that develop in different contexts, but that, through design a link or bridge is generated to achieve ainteraction between disciplines.

According to the author Flusser Vilmen in his book entitled Philosophy of Design, he expresses that ‘design means more or less that place in which art and technique (and therefore the valuation and scientific thinking) overlap each other, withThe end of paving the way to a new culture ‘. (Vilem, 1999)

To better understand the author’s idea, to explain the link that the design generates between opposite disciplines, the example of an (artistic) way in relation to the scientific area can be reasoned more clearly. From a superficial perspective, it can be concluded that there is no connection between these two concepts; However, an analysis is generated in which a link originates in which the form, object or product gives rise to the creation of scientific systems or sets. In the aforementioned example, it identifies how two disciplines found in independent contexts and it can be said that extremes;a connection is created by means of design.

‘The forms are neither discoveries nor inventions, nor Platonic ideas nor fictions, but containers built in such a way that they apply in them phenomena (that is,‘ models ’). And theoretical science is neither ‘true’ nor ‘fictitious’, but ‘formal’ (what it does is design models) ’. (Vilem, 1999)

To better understand the design concept, it can be said that, it is the means by which the disciplines are related or linked to generate ideas.

‘The form is the‘ as ’of matter, and the‘ matter ’‘ what ’of form, so design is one of the methods to shape matter’. (Vilem, 1999)

Once identified to the design with a methodology to generate concepts and means interdisciplinary, it is important to highlight that, from the design it is where the lifestyles of people and the future of societies originate;speaking in cultural terms of each country or societies that share specific characteristics of habits and customs.

According to the author Bonsiepe, he proposes an ontological scheme, in which he says that, ‘the design is oriented towards the future’, ‘design is related to innovation. The design act introduces something new in the world.’(Fragoso, 2008)

‘Design, for example, creative and generating discipline of objects, images and ideas, can foresee the results in the application of your work;that is, to have the necessary means to prevent. Likewise, it is necessary. (Osnaya, 2014)

The design plays an extremely important role in the future of society, since, lifestyles is orgated and forming changes in people’s culture. The role of the design must be handled in a correct and ethical way, since it can cause positive or negative effects on the future of society, that is, generate cultural changes that affect the essence.

As described by the designer Dieter Rams in his methodology of ‘The Good Design’, in which he describes ten design principles to generate proposals for objects that have positive aspects of function, quality, with good values, aesthetic, among others. The ten principles include a proposal of honest, ethical objects and contributing benefits to society.

Talking about design in Mexico is a very important issue for Mexicans. Since, Mexico is a country with enough wealth and great production capacity at the industrial level; However, at present, it has not been possible to generate value at the same level as other foreign countries. That is why the design has a very important role today to recognize the work of designers and bring national proposals to their maximum level, leaving behind the maquiladora and moving to a phase of conceptual and high international value recognition, generating great cultural benefits in Mexican society.

‘Mexican design is reaping many years of work in disseminating its work, generating interest in the market and understanding how to get to broader audiences. It is a good time and we must take advantage of this inertia to break the last barriers that have prevented the country from capitalizing on its enormous creative potential. In particular, we must reconnect designers with large national industries to help in the transformation of this maquiladora country into a more prosperous, equitable and sustainable industrial country ’. The designer Emiliano commented for the official site of Nouvel Studio.

One of the most recognized Mexican designers nationally and internationally is Emiliano Godoy. He has a very clear idea about the impact that the designer generates through multidisciplinary proposals in a sustainable way.

‘If designers can generate desirable proposals with which society identifies, then we will help direct development. Finally, the future is not predicted, the future is designed ’. (Crisostomo, S.F.)

To perform a complete analysis about the systemic integration that takes place between culture and society, it is important to define which are the variables that make up a concrete and general analysis to propose objects that include the most important areas of a society. It is important to take into account technological developments, industrial advances and the type of society where the introduction is proposed.

As the author Echarri comments in his book Prospective Reflections, ‘Prospective as a learning process helps to describe systematically and globally the long -term future of science, industry, technology and society’. (Echarri, 2005)

With the prospective, areas of opportunity are decided and identified in which you can act thinking about a more prosperous and orderly future; With it, the policies with which the highest spheres of the social organization chart make decisions on diverse themes of knowledge based on education, essential component and valid via are generated to anticipate the future. (Osnaya, 2014)

conclusion

Mexico is in a very important stage, because it is presenting a change of time that benefits Mexicans;Designers are choosing to generate value and confidence to national work, with a global and modern perspective.

The company is evolving and generating changes that benefit the design, offering opportunities to generate proposals for change that positively influence cultures and solidify the roots of this.

The cultural integrations that are being generated, now more than ever have interdisciplinary influences of great impact, due to the main variables of a society that are in constant update.

The relationship that is formed through the application of the design in the different disciplines is importantthe political, economic, social and environmental areas of the environment.
