The book is relatively interesting, since it talks about how mental illnesses were invented. There is a direct approach to schizophrenia and as different authors talk about this disease and about the people who suffer from it.

The hallucinations are related to schizophrenia through the language, body and identity of the same person, since they occur disintegrated, discordant and sprayed. Hallucinations are defined as sensations or appreciations without objects. The real question is why is language manifested in schizophrenia? This is because it occurs threateningly, since it aims at this mental illness that the people who suffer from it are constantly heard and hallucinated. Jung A famous psychiatrist began applying test association tests and among other aspects to be able to notice how language was actually affected in a schizophrenic person. Ideas association disorders was one of the main characteristics in schizophrenia disease. The components of the psyche, emotions, sensations and mental representations have been commanded by consciousness and this in people with schizophrenia is in an incorrect functioning. As an example, for a greater understanding you have the case of a female person, who has hospitalized around 20 years. She suffers from "paranoid dementia". The woman affirms that she had heard voices that defamed her for having buried her son inside a toilet and having stolen scissors and sinking them into her son’s eyes. After the evidence of ideas associations was applied, it was understood that the patient’s psyche was due to the fact that he was in a state between sleepwalker and common dreamer and that the activity she performed consciously was limited to complying withsystematically your desires and objectives.

Faced with the symptoms of schizophrenia, one should know that they will not always be easy to be detected by direct exploration. Schizophrenia is known as a set of psychosis which on several occasions can be delimited by discontinuous attacks and does not allow complete restoration so that it can be integrated again. This mental illness has as main characteristics certain types of alteration in feelings, thoughts and the relationship that the individual has with the external world. There are 2 clinical types within this mental illness: simple and latent schizophrenia. It is relevant importance to talk about hallucinations that are also present in schizophrenia acting as an auditory level. What does it mean? Listening to voices that manifest threats, insults, criticism, impulses, comfort and even fears. People who suffer from this mental illness constantly build ideas and thoughts without any relationship with each other. Affective disorders are a form of visible schizophrenia which is made visible gradually and tends to behave in a retracted way. It can be evidenced as follows: these individuals carry a humpback posture and a clear expression is not noted on their face, they agree to put or remove their clothes without any anger and take them from one side to theanother without showing any complaints. People with this mental illness with dolls are compared, since they appear to be discharged and be very docile all the time, this makes them easily handled. There are 3 fundamental disorders: affective, ambivalent and associative.

Schizophrenia is divided into subgroups or also known as clinical forms. There are 5 of which a main feature will be given so that an idea can be taken about each. The 1.º It is known as a paranoid group which deals with revelations and oscillations presented in a very acute way. The 2.º It is known as catatonia which is based on stages of calm that over time the damage will become something more pronounced. Number 3.Er is known as hebefrenia which deals with the psychological rearrangement and change of self. The 4.º It is simple schizophrenia and its main characteristic is the existence of fundamental symptoms. The last is latent schizophrenia which is characterized by lonely, irritable people who trigger a catatonic symptom. To understand in a correct way schizophrenia should know how to differentiate the primary symptoms of the secondary. Primary are essential in the disease while secondary ones are present when they start working with the mind that is ill against internal and external procedures. It is important to know that there are 2 types of schizophrenia. Type 1 schizophrenia is in which positive symptoms appear. Type 2 schizophrenia is in which negative symptoms appear. It is common that type 1 schizophrenia in most cases do not take importance, since people only see schizophrenia as something bad without taking into account that there may be positive characteristics. Negative symptoms are common, more durable and more solid. They can also be classified between non -demential and demential. Psychopharmacology is of relevant importance to be able to treat mental illness together with psychological treatment in a correct way.

In conclusion, several characteristics can be observed on schizophrenia, since it is a complex mental illness. It is even considered that people suffering from this disease are constantly judged by society and are rejected, since they are considered that they cannot even have a concept of themselves by the breakdown with reality with. It is believed that these people must remain within a rehabilitation center or a hospital until they are fully recovered or the schizophrenic label is completely removed. This thought by the population has been giving since ancient times, but it is believed that in recent years people with schizophrenia have been less judged and there is greater support from the population. You should begin to reduce the bias that mental illnesses resemble any other type of disease when it should be taken with greater importance several times.
