Introduction

Each of the social projects or programs have their own structure which aims to organize work and establish the roles that each of the team members will play. To achieve the objectives of a social program or project, the intervention of organization models is important, which are static, since they define the anatomy of the program through its structure taking into account the organization and programming, on the other hand the management modelswhich refer to the dynamic which involves culture, organizational climate, associating direction and execution.

Its structure consists of two dimensions, which are:

The associated issue addressed is very relevant in the problem that is developed in the integrating project, since as it refers to social programs that can contribute to the development of agriculture in the land of cultivation of the municipality of Teoloyucan. Help in the sense of being able to adopt a management model after having reviewed the characteristics of the project to be addressed, since it allows to identify each of the roles within the project, choose the way in which the project will be developed, if there will bea hierarchical organization or will be a team work in which they tell everyone’s decision and that are able to adapt to the changes that may arise within the development of the same.
