Abstract
The purpose of the paper is to give an insight and develop a perspective towards the new findings that practice plays an important role in creating human potential in what people considered as inborn talent. From different observations, people who are experts in a specific field must employ the best practices before excelling and setting the high standards. That is regardless of whether the person has a talent or not which shows that the earlier notion that people had of having an inborn talent is paramount in ensuring that a person succeeds in an activity. Embracing the reasoning will induce a positive impact in the society which will be a crucial factor in ensuring that everyone achieves his or her dreams. No one will be left because of the fact he has not yet discovered his or her talent as it will rely on practice and the passion that a person has in a given activity.

Talent Vs. Practice
My Thoughts
The debate over inborn talent and practice remains a controversial topic where people for or against various ideas. I think the thought of deliberating practice to develop potential from what we previously knew as inborn talent valid reasoning. That is from the fact that even though a person is born having a particular ability in him or her, he still needs to put it to work to perfect and make good use of it (“Is Talent Naturally-Born,” 2018).

Wait! Talent vs. Practice paper is just an example!

Any Limitations Towards the Reasoning?
From my perspective, I don’t see any limitation towards the new way of human reasoning. For an individual to spot and appreciate his or her talent, he needs to go through some practice and come into terms with her body and mind that there is something that he can do best. That, in turn, brings in need of going through practice to enhance the activity and ensure that the person makes good use of it. Conversely, practicing a concept improves a person’s prowess in understanding its dynamics. That makes the activity look like a talent to the person through nurturing it with practice. All of the above explains that training is an essential factor towards realizing talent and also cultivating it hence there is no limitation towards the human reasoning.
The Possibilities for Use
The possibilities for us is that if we deliberate quantity and quality practice towards the activities that we engage in every day, then we can recognize our talents quickly and also enhance expertise in various fields. That makes it impossible to cut out people from participating in activities just because a person has no inborn talent (Barr, 2018). Being an expert in something means that someone employed quality and quantity level practice hence if we all do that, then everyone could achieve something without relying on inborn talents.
