The importance of sport and physical activity

It is known as sport and/or physical activity to any activity that you do that helps maintain or improve your physical condition as well as your general health.

These activities are understood from walking, jogging, practicing some kind of sport, going to gyms, riding a bicycle, etc.

It is important to implement these practices, since they can help improve our social life and our health, since it reduces the risks of suffering from cardiovascular diseases, diabetes, it helps improve stress novels, depression and anxiety. It is scientifically proven that physical activity causes the body to generate chemical substances that can help us feel better, can help some people suffering from insomnia problems to recover normality in sleep.
