Introduction
Stereotyping is a situation where an individual or a group of individuals are portrayed using a certain image showing their characters. There are several stereotypes that the media has shown concerning the lives of the Latinos. Most of these stereotypes are shown in the films and movies that the Latinos act. The media usually show that the Latinos are very poor in the pronunciation of some of the words and this is mostly displayed in most of the movies that they act with some of the other Americans (Nagi np). And also most of these movies in which they act, the parts that majorly show that the Latinos are in most cases involved in the criminal cases such as being a thug or a robber. These traits are mostly portrayed in Latinos men. On the same note, the plays that are displayed in the media only indicate that the Latino females are lovers of sex and they appear as cheap ladies who are used for sex (Nagi np). On the other hand, the Latinos are indicated as those who are very obnoxious and loud. Through this trait, they are viewed as people who are unbearable and un-accommodative among the Americans. The historic information of the Latinos is frequently being displayed in the media, for instance, they are shown as an immigrant in most of the films that they act and that is just an indication that they are not original Americans. The Latinos being immigrants are also shown when the media flashback the life back home of most Americans.

There are some types of food that the Latinos are showing in the media to like so much, for instance, rice and bean. And there is also a perception that the Latinos have a large family.
Research Question
Why do most of the media indicate that most of the character traits of the Latinos in the United States are Unbearable and do not match those of the Americans and why should these stereotypes be stopped?
Methodology
Primary
Some of the primary methods used to conduct the research included observation, telephone interview, personal interview, and use of questionnaire among others.
Through the observation of the way in which the Latinos are portrayed in the media, one can come up with the adequate information about the stereotype. The observation is also one of the first-hand methods that helps the researcher to compile adequate information required about the Latinos stereotypes. The use of interview of the Latinos will also help in the confirmation of these stereotypes that are being displayed in the media concerning their behaviors. The interview can be personal where the researcher communicates face-to-face with the interviewee or through the use of telephone call to conduct the interview. The other method involves the use of questionnaire where the researcher prepares some questions that relate to the information that s/he intends to get from the Latinos. Similarly, the use of questionnaire makes the researcher have the variety of information concerning a specific issue or problem.
Secondary
On the contrary, some of the secondary methods that are used to get information about the Latinos stereotype in the media are through the reading of the information in the documentation such as books and magazines. In case these issues about the stereotyping of the Latinos in the media had been raised before, it would be easier to get the information in the books. The information can also be got from the Internet where just documentations are stored.
