• The management of technologies is another aspect to consider is that most of us students, although we handle the computer, we are not familiar with the use of these technologies that I know how to use in virtual education.

The solution alternative is to train the student in the different technological and communication tools that are currently used in the virtual environment.

• Collaborative work is one of the difficulties, since some students prefer to work in isolation and unipersonal, since it implies the realization of time and form of the activities of the course, and some students do not work in a timely manner their activities their activities.

The solution alternative is to give an explanation to the students that consist of collaborative work, give them training in the use of tools that help collaborative work and finally the motivation to the student.
