Abstract
Workshops as an educational tool for different professional fields have been widely used in significant parts of the world yielding a positive result on participants. A study conducted in the field of nursing through the use of questionnaires was done to on research to find the effects of workshops on education. A sample of participants was given the questionnaires which were later collected for analysis. The questionnaires were further followed by telephone interviews on the selected sample participants. The response was familiar to every participant with ANOVA analysis showing a very close relationship between workshops and education. The participants in their reports demonstrated the importance of seminars in developing positive changes in their career through skills enhancement. The results through analysis showed that workshops promote learning of new ideas as it enhances consistent and subsequent learning. Workshops are therefore being encouraged as a positive step towards developing skills through regular education and innovation of concepts in a particular field.

Effects of Workshop in Education
Introduction
A workshop is a standard tool for staff and educational improvements all over the world and has a broad application on different careers. Despite participants’ reactions on the benefits of workshops, little efforts have been taken to address the impacts on education.

The paper has a brief overview of the available literature on the importance of workshops and ultimately reports the results. The research question that will form the core objective of the study will be; what is the effectiveness of educational workshops on health care and nursing in enhancing their skills?
Case presentation
The study will encompass a sample of nurses from the health department. The sample participants will be issued with questionnaires and then being given one month to answer the questions in the questionnaire (Lai et al. 3). A follow up on the questionnaires will be made through the use of interviews on the phone with the sample of participants from the nursing department. Records will be taken, and analysis will conduct through the use of ANOVA to find the relationship between workshops and education among professionals.
Management and outcome
The data obtained were analyzed by using the ANOVA tables where necessary analysis and sample characteristics were managed. The results gave a positive relationship between workshops and education. The outcome was a clear indication of the benefits of workshops on learning within the nursing department.
Discussion
The stud results from the responses of the sample participants demonstrated that workshops influence the transformation of career practice hence creating success to those participants (Lai et al. 5). Also, the participants gave a response that from workshops they learn necessary entrants in line with their duties hence encouraging changes in pursuit of career goals. The report demonstrates the likelihood of perpetual change through attending regular workshops thus useful in educational programs.
Summary and acknowledgment
Educational workshops have had a positive influence on career development to participants since it enhances skills and innovations. The report from the questionnaires approves the relevance of workshops on participants in the field of nursing. Therefore the use of educational workshops should be encouraged in all professional places to increase performance. The study and its success rely on the evaluation of the Lay Health Promoters workshops whose data was used as a reference in the study findings.
