Introduction
Hello, you can call me Laura, I am a worker in this department. Welcome to our organization, more specifically to our office. Feel free to be in our department. I would like to take you through the various programs and how we operate as an organization. Feel free to ask questions for clarification. In the modern society, most companies have shifted their management from being action driven to results. Most of the organizations have taken the idea of changing to result-driven goals. Most of the investors, stakeholders, and donors are after the profit which they will make out of their investment thus they need to know how exactly their investments will attain their set goals and targets. Our organization is not an exception; we have decided to absorb the idea of result-driven goals.
The Result-Driven Goals
By Result-driven goals I mean the ability of any organization to meet its goals, customers’ expectation and the ability to make a firm decision that will enhance quality results through calculation of risks, problem analysis, and application of the technical knowledge (Sanghi, 2016). To realize the result-driven goals there are six leadership competencies which we look forward to utilizing.
Accountability is the first leadership competency which our organization is applying. To achieve goals of our company, every worker will be held accountable. Everyone will be taken into account for his or her wrongdoing.

Therefore, you should be very keen while you are undertaking the assigned duties. The second leadership competency is that of customer service. You should be ready and committed to handle both the external and internal customers with dignity as well delivering a quality job.
Our organization calls for decisiveness. As from your qualification I believe you will be in a position to make a right and timely decision. You should base your decision on the data or the information at hand. Always be sure you make right decisions at all times. Our organization is entrepreneurship, therefore, will look forward to having new opportunities every day (Sanghi, 2016). Feel free to provide any genuine information on how to improve our products, services and even ways of reducing the risks which we encounter in our everyday activities.
The problem-solving technique is one of the leadership competency requirement. Being part of our organization, I believe you will be in a position to identify, analyze and weigh the relevance of problems associated with our services. As per your qualification, I believe you have technical skills which you have acquired. We look forward to seeing you apply all the technical skills that you have for the betterment of our organization more in your area of specialization.
The Presidential Management Fellow’s Program (PMF)
There is a variety of programs which enable the employees to achieve their long-term goals. For example, the Presidential Management Fellow’s Program (PMF). It is recommended for the employees especially the undergraduate students as well as the employees working in the companies. The program has five elements which help the employees towards attaining their long-term career goals.
The second program is the high-level agency mentors. When newly appointed one must undergo through mentorship program pertaining your area of expertise. Through the mentorship program, you will be able to achieve your career goals effectively more so in our organization. Extensive training is the second element of the program (Sanghi, 2016). While at our business we offer regular instruction that is meant to build our career which I believe you will enjoy.
Regular rotation is also another area in which the company is highly recommended to apply. Therefore, you must be ready to work in any of the department that you will be assigned to work for. As a member of our organization, the executive management is always free. Feel free to interact with them as they are very friendly toward the employees. In case of any questions concerning your area of specialization, they are ready to assist you. Challenging tasks are some of the critical areas which will enable you to achieve your long-term career goals. You should be prepared to take the challenges once they occur along your ways.
Recommendation
The high -level agency mentors. The organization should ensure that the employees get mentorship from an expert in their area of expertise.
Comprehensive training. The business organization should ensure that they offer regular training department to help the employees acquire their long-term career goals.
The Regular Rotation of employees to another organization element. The employees should be reshuffled to an organization which is related to the skill they have so that they can build on them.
The Visibility to the top management. The senior management should create a forum where an employee can share their innovative ideas for the betterment of the organization. The employee will be able to broadcast in their innovative notions more so in their areas of expertise.
Challenging assignment. The supervisor in the various department should provide their employee with tough tasks in their area of expertise.
In a nutshell, from the above description, it is clear that cultural competence for an employee is fundamental. The social capability enables the new employees to catch up very fast with the new environment. Therefore, Organizations should always uphold on cultural competencies.
