Dear Sir or Madam,
With this letter, I am applying for the opportunity to participate in the Global Immersion Week program. With my current education qualifications; pursuing a Master’s in management, having attained a Master in International Business from Shanghai Jiao Tong University and a Bachelor in International Business (accounting and finance major), combined with the professional experience I have attained over the years, I would wish to expand my knowledge, skills and experience through an active participation in the Global Immersion Week program. By researching about the benefits of participating in this program, I have found out that the opportunities and the subject material covered in this long-week educational tour is an excellent way of shaping and realizing my career goals. Moreover, the prospect of participating in the international study tour, visiting different countries, prestigious universities and innovative companies is a special way of improving my networking capabilities while exploring new places and diverse cultures of different people. As for this case, my ambition would be to visit Shanghai, China. It is the biggest city in the country and an imminent global financial hub. Based on the fact that I studied in Shanghai for my business degree, it provides me with a better opportunity to explore the business dynamics, leadership and relevant skills that are in line with my career goals.
With all my experience, I am in search of bringing my business knowledge and personal career to the next level.

The lectures, interactions with global business leaders, visiting successful companies in Shanghai are all in line with my professional career objectives. Additionally, the optional Global Immersion Week provides a significant platform to further my interactions with diverse cultures and exchange critical business knowledge and ideas. I am confident enough that the skills and the professional experience that I will acquire from this unique program would make a valuable addition to my studies and my career goals.
